Admission Process
Step 1: Eligibility Criteria
- For Intermediate Programs: Matriculation or equivalent with at least 60% marks.
- For Bachelor’s Programs: Intermediate or equivalent with at least 50% marks.
- For Professional Courses: Specific eligibility criteria as per the course requirements.
Step 2: Application Submission
Online Application: Visit https://pgcjrw.edu.pk/admissions to fill out the online application form.
In-Person Application: You can also visit our campus to obtain and submit the application form.
Step 3: Required Documents
- Matriculation/Intermediate certificates
- CNIC/B-Form
- Recent passport-sized photographs
- Domicile certificate
- Any other documents specified for the chosen program
Step 4: Admission Test/Interview
Depending on the program, applicants may be required to take an admission test or attend an interview. Details will be communicated after the application submission.
Step 5: Merit List and Admission Offer
The merit list will be displayed on our website and campus notice board. Successful candidates will receive an admission offer along with further instructions.
Step 6: Fee Submission and Enrolment
Once you receive the admission offer, you will need to submit the required fees and complete the enrolment process to secure your place.
